questions about that coleman safari rack

a few things..... is it worth the 80 bucks?
and i dont have roof rack or rails only the covers, (picture)
mine is the green one! moms is the silver 03 in back

I don't think it will work, it mounts to your EXISTING roof rack. If you can score a factory roof rack that fits into your channels then you are in business.
