Questions on TSBs

Hey everyone, forgive me if this is a stupid question. How can you tell if the problems for TSBs have been corrected on my newly purchased 4 runner? Is it safe to go by manufacture date and assume that all TSBs up to that date have been fixed on my vehicle? If not, will Toyota send me notices when new TSBs are announced? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
