I have an 08 urban runner. It came with the titanium silver wheels and 265/60/18 tires. I installed the 2-1 cornfed lift. I wanted to go to a black wheel with a greater offset so the wheels stick out a bit further from the fenders. I like how alot of members here were using the fj wheels. I found a set of the bbs aluminium wheels for a decent price here if Florida. They are the 17" wheels. I tried to mount them and they do not clear the calipers. Is there any thing else I can do or do i need to list these for sale? Will the standard fj 17" 5 spoke wheel clear the calipers? I measured the rotor and it appears to be 13" How much clearance do I need between the calipers and the wheels? I appreciate any advice.
