QUICK Help, How bad will this rub on my 07 T4R

Hey guys, I have the opportunity to buy BRAND NEW 22" wheels/tires for 850$
Here are the specs

22x9.5 30 offset
305/45/22


I'm going to lift my truck but how bad would they rub if I were to throw them on now until I got the lift kit in. AND How high would I have to lift to fit those? I'm thinking a cornfed 3/2 most likely right?

I'm contemplating throwing the tires on ebay and just buying the same ones in 285/45/22 so I can just use the cornfed 2/1 kit.

LMK what u guys think, heres pics of the 2 sets i can get, same one but one is chrome and one is silver
