Quick question (wheels)

I'm going to go drive 170 miles to pick up some 17" 03-09 Wheels and tires for my sisters '99 SR5 (Stock) and need to make sure they won't rub!!
As it sits now she has 265/70/16 and the new wheels are 265/70/17 Bridgestone Dueler AT, not much diff I know but I don't wanna make a $500 mistake thats not my money lol.
No the rear is not sagging its level with nothing added.

I took off my spare tonight and put it up to her tires... it looks like it might rub on the upper control arm if she doesn't get spacers?? Hope you are right and they will fit. Taking the spare to a shop tomorrow as I don't have time tonight to test fit it for her...

Well I did put my spare on tonight and they do fit....but by about 1/8"! I did a flex test up on a curb and put my body weight on it pushing down and it still didn't rub so I think we will pull the trigger! I'll put one on at the guys house too just to make sure lol I wonder if the back spacing is the same for both 4th Gen 17" wheels?
