I'm including my full maintenance history for my 3rd Gen 2000 T4R SR5 6-cylinder. I bought it at 175k and it's currently at 250k.
I'm the 3rd owner. It was in nearly flawless condition when I bought it 3.5 years ago. I got extremely lucky to find this one! The previous owners only took it to the dealership for maintenance. It had some rear axle issues a few years ago, and had a few maintenance hiccups early on. However, it's running unusually well for 250k.
I included the full maintenance list since I've been the owner. It's a simple list– I indicated mileage, a list of repairs for the visit and the price. On most of these visits I had the mechanic do a full inspection, too.
I'm not asking for anything specific here. This is a more general question - I'm asking you to tap into your instincts and experience. Is anything missing? Is there an issue that should have been addressed, repaired, inspected, etc.? Does something 'jump out' at you? It's sorted in reverse chronological order.
It's mostly OEM in general, but I did add these:
-4x Billstein 4600s (monotube)
-OME 906 rear coil springs
All 4 shocks and the springs are performing well, even after 60k miles!
Driving background: t's a daily driver, but I also take it 4-wheeling every 2 months. In the summer, I go on a 2,000mi+ road trip that is often loaded down, at high altitudes, with several 5+ mile steep grade runs through mountains. This is in addition to long distance runs on interstates (which noticeably cleans out the engine - it runs much smoother).
