Quick Reply's Needed, No heat after coolant flush

I have drained and filled my rad twice with distilled water this afternoon and let my truck get up to operating temp with the heat turned on both times. I am ready to fill for the third and final time with Antifreeze and call it a day but noticed I have no heat now coming through any vents. Truck warms up properly, but will not blow hot air now. Heat was working fine before flush. I have read that you can have air trapped in heater core, what is the best way to remedy this. I suppose the heater core could be plugged with any gunk that was in there when I flushed but I doubt that because I had it drained when my new rad was put on a month or so ago and any gunk would have came out then clogging it up and causing no heat.

*Update, needed to fill with 9.5 qts as per the manual. Def had air trapped in heater core. Flush is finished and heat is blowing hot.

best way to stop that is to elevate the front, so that the filler cap is higher than any point in the cooling system, and run the truck with the heat on HI with the cap off until the bubbles stop, then cap it
