R to D Clunk

When going from Reverse to drive there is an audible clunk and I can also feel right under the center console as if it was the transmission...All of our toyota trucks have done this (98,99,03 4Runner) but our Land Cruiser has started to do it really bad. Is there anything that can do to fix this? Grease something?

grease your driveshafts,perhaps change diff and xfer case fluid, but its prob just u needing to grease ur driveshafts

Check the rear transmission mount and the universal joints for looseness / slop.
