M Mengtze New member Jun 7, 2005 #2 Hard wire........ I hardwired the detector into the bottom right fuse connector. In the manual it says CIG (no circuit). Mine is a 05 4runner. Have a look in the manual for either empty fuses, or circuits that you can add to.
