radar detector

Subject: FW: Speeding ticket loophole..

A police officer confirmed this for me.

THIS IS FOR USA ONLY

I tried to pass this on to anyone I could think of. This procedure works in any state. Read it and try it, you have nothing to loose but the points in your license.

If you get a speeding ticket or went through a red light or whatever the case may be, and you are going to get points on your license, then there is a method to ensure that you DO NOT get any points.

When you get your fine, send in the check to pay for it and if the fine is say $79, then make the check out for $82 or some small amount above the fine.

The system will then have to send you back a check for the difference, but here is the trick! ---DO NOT CASH THE CHECK!! Throw it away! Points are not assessed to your license until all the financial transactions are complete. If you do not cash the check, then the transactions are not complete. However the system has gotten its money so it is happy and will not bother you any more.

Spend your money elsewhere. I stop people all the time that have radar detectors on their dashboards and windshields. That is a guaranteed ticket with with me and nearly every police officer. A skilled radar / lidar operator will win the speed fight almost every time. Good luck!!

:D
Unfortunately most police officers think the same way as you. Radar detectors are not just for those who love to speed, but they are helpful for all drivers who occasionally drive 5-10 mph over the speed limit. During these times a radar detector can alert the driver to be more careful. Unfortunately cops think a radar detector is an attempt to "buck the system." I work with one who feels that same way. He pulls someone over with a radar detector and it is an automatic ticket like he is saying, "Ha, Ha, this round goes to me." Were you all picked on as kids? it seems to me most cops are angry at the world and looking for revenge on their childhood enemies. We're adults now, and it is time to grow past that.

Yeah, that's it. I'm angry at the world because they have a radar detector and are bucking the system. WTF? Don't be such a douche. It's a shame idiots like yourself think that just because I do my job it means I got picked on in school or make some other ridiculous comment to take a stab at the police. People that dirve 5-10 over don't need radar detectors. I am quite grown up by the way and I suggest you heed your own advice. PM me if you'd like to continue this conversation.

In New York City, police officers give family members what is called a courtesy badge or/and card where it shows the officer's badge number in case that you get pulled over for an infraction, you show your badge and if the officer honors it he/she will give you a break. Well let me tell you something, doing your job or not, if the officer feels like giving you a ticket, he or she will find something to give it to you. My brother was a police officer, now he's a judge and believe me badge or not when they pull you over is up to the individual officer. Not every doctor, teacher, lawyer is the same. Some have more kindness and flexibility than others. You can't really stereotype because you've had bad experiences with them. If you brake the law, like someone said earlier be prepared to pay for the consequences.

This wont get you out of a ticket or anything. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU TRY THIS. When the cop first comes to your window sing this to him.

I smell bacon
I smell pork
Run little piggy
I GOT A FORK

have fun guys!!!:jester:

P.S. As msanta said do respect the law guys they are just doing there job. I love making fun of them but really they do deserve a pat on the back.
