Radio Cutting In and Out

I just insulated the interior of my runner and re-did the headliner. In the process I took every plastic piece out of my interior (minus the dash), but now my radio cuts in and out when I hit a bump in the road and my back door is not being noticed by the sensor. I was able to lock the car and activate the alarm with the door wide open. If anyone has any suggestions or history with these problem please let me know. Thanks in advanced.

Make sure everything went back in the way it came out, the 4Runner has two antennas so you may have unplugged one if its just the RADIO cutting out. If your losing power to the stereo you need to check the ground wires.
