Radio Inconvenience

Hey Guys

One thing i have found to be very inconvenient about the design of the radio is the volume control. i don't know what the max is, but why are there 50 different settings? you turn the dial like ten times and you go from 20-35.

the difference between 1-3 is nothing, 3-5 is ntohing, 5-10 is nothing...

it's especially annoying when you're using the volume controls on the wheel and you have to tap it 20-30 times or hold it for a long while.

anyone else annoyed by this???

i've never had an annoyance with mine - maybe they've changed them (i've got an '03).

Mine goes up to 50 or so, i find anywhere between 25 and 45 or so to be where i use it (40+ only with all the windows down while bailing down a gravel road)

I rarely use the knob and almost always use the steering wheel control..
