Radio issue v. not working

I was driving and heard a pop in my speakers and all sound stopped working. cd/fm/aux no sound and the volume wont adjust either. All I hear is a clicking from my speakers that started off as static then turn into a weird low clicking/ticking every second but sometimes does go away. I checked the fuses and they are okay. I dont have anything plugged into cig lighers(charger). I have a jbl non nav. The ticking/clicking happens even if the radio is off.

Heres a link to the youtube video of the radio. bad glare, sorry.
Starts off with the radio off but you can hear the clicking/ticking.
Turn on radio but cant adjust the volume up/down, stays on 0
Test the cd player but same issue

Only way to make the clicking/ticking stop is to pull radio fuse#2.
any help is appreciated.

not 100% sure if this will work but try checking the cig. lighter fuse...i had something similar happen to my radio in my silverado and turns out that the cig lighter fuse and radio fuse worked hand in hand...did you check the fuses with a meter? sometimes they look good but they arent...maybe you got a bad relay?....

I'll check with a meter again but I did test with other fuses. Where would the relay be at? Also, the cig lighter still works to charge my phone.
