Radio removal in an '04 model

I would like to replace my factory head unit with a 6 disc unit out of an '01 Highlander but can not figure out how to remove the radio. Can anybody help.

There are several descriptons of the process on these forums. Search for a post by Mr Castulucci (within the last couple of months). He is working to modify the OEM navigation system and included a fairly thorough write up (with pictures) of how to remove the head unit.

It's fairly strait forward. Just go slow.
