Radio Unit not working!!

My 2010 limited with Nav the radio fm am stop working completely the cd and sat work you could even change the stations but no sound what so ever has anybody had this problem????

I haven't heard of this yet. IIRC, and your under 36k you should be able to take it in to get checked out.

Radio not working

I have 1800 miles on it I am dropping it off tonight i hope the problem persists so they will see it.at first it was the sat radio kept saying LOADING..... and would not play anything! then this started

I don't know if this matters or not, but on my SR5 if the xm radio doesn't get a good signal it just says Loading on the display. I'm just wondering if maybe your antenna came loose or something simple like that.

That could be it for the XM radio but for the regular am/FM whats the deal with that? I change stations and no sound whats so ever I even went to am same thing I was suppose to drop it off after work but Guess what it work when I got in the truck so I am not going to waste time becuase if they cant see it not working you know what they will say!

I don't have a LE but is there a 'mute' button anywhere, physical or touchscreen? You would figure turning up the volume would override such a 'button' if it ever existed but you never know these days!

tried the volume but nothing lets see if it happens again but I must say I love my truck!!! the new 4Runner are head turners

I had this same problem. CD & satellite worked, but not the AM/FM radio. Took it into the dealer and turned out it was an internal antenna connection. Dealer fixed it and no problems since.
