And finally, BFGoodrich All Terrain BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO LT275/70R17 on order.
Contemplating Stealth Custom Series, Stealth 6 Matte Black wheels to go along with them.
Here is a little photoshop magic I did, okay, its obvious from this picture that I did not spend very much time doing this, but it gives an idea of what they would look like:

Nice build, looking forward to seeing your progress and nice mustand, that the only models and year i like.

RAIDN, did you have any rubbing with the 275/70/17's? I'm actually planning on OME 885/Superflex with Bilsteins but do not want to go with 285's. I would think I would be fine. What is your opinion on that tire size and also the overall performance of the BFG A/T's?

Like the look, enjoy the modding. I definitely miss not having the rear spoiler on the one I have now, had one on the 04 I had.

I love the BFG's they have been great so far. Great in snow and mud and rain and shine. I did see a noticeable decrease in my gas mileage with the bigger, heavier rubber. So be ready for that, I'm getting around 11mpg around town and 13 highway.
I just have the Daystar 2.5/1.5 lift, and with the offset of the wheels I have had some rubbing, a little more than I thought I would. I had to move the fender liner forward and trim the front mud flaps, but it wasn't too bad. It does still rub a little when I go over a bump with the wheel turned. I really like the 275/70/17, but if I don't go with Bilsteins and new springs by the time its time for new tires again, I'll probably go with 265/70/17. Like you said though, I think you will be fine, you'll have more lift than I have and the offset on these wheels was more than I had with the Spidertrax spacers and stock wheels so that is the other reason I rubbed.

17 x 8.5, Matte Black
BFG AT KO 275/70/17
Daystar 2.5"/1.5" Lift

You have the exact set-up I'm shooting for!

And you have a 67-68 Mustang, we have a lot in common lol.

I'm wondering if you can share what you needed to do to make the front wheels clear? Any cutting/trimming?

Thanks,

Luke
