there are a couple places in Apex but in general the shops don't seem to want anything to do with lifts...

URE closed last weekend for the year but there are workdays during the winter which are a great way to give back.

As for groups, there is a good group of guys that had FJs and moved onto T4Rs in the SEFJ Facebook group. check it out.

Post up some pics of the lift or it didn't happen.. haha

Did you end up having Phil's do your lift? If so, how'd it go? I'm also in the area. I drive a '14 TE in Mag Grey and am interested in installing a lift.

Also, if any of you guys are interested in doing a meet up and maybe hitting a few trails, I'd definitely be down. I live in Cary and work in RTP, but the few spots I hit for some mild fun are getting closed off and developed, so I'm looking for other areas. The only one I know of right now is the space back in Regency Park, but I have not done it myself.

Free Beer

Anyone willing to loan their time, tools and space to help install an OME low lift? In exchange, I'll provide beer, and you can have my old shocks and struts...once the kids grow up, I'll also throw in my running boards (and maybe the kids).

Just FYI but 4wheel on Glenwood quoted me $650 for 5100s all around with rear cornfed spacer and alignment for my 5th gen.

Did my lift with some friends, but I had some other work done by supertrucksplus. Dont go there. Just Dont.

That was just install.

Went back to do some upgrades a few months ago but they refused to mount my new 285 KO2s, purchased through them, so cancelled the order. Ended up getting discounttire to match and had teamxtreme in rolesville do the work. Got me in quick and did solid work, shop guys were super helpful.
