Random Electrical Question - More than likely a dumb one

I will eventually get off my butt and do the research and replace my headlights with LEDs.
I have noticed that LED H11s seem to run about 20 watts while the stock H11s are 55 watts. So swapping to LEDs means there is a reduction of a 70 watts.
Is that a noticeable difference for the alternator/electrical system? If so, in what way would it help the system?

I realize it would only help at night but just wondering all the same.

That will leave 70 watts available for battery charging or accessories and the battery may recharge more quickly. Not sure if you will notice it.
