Range miles at fillup

Just curious, I have an 07 V6 and have been getting 21+ mpg per tank, mixed highway and city driving, mostly highway. When I tank up and my range resets, I see about 472 miles. Not bad. Curious to see what others have to report back on this.

Man, I'm lucky to get 300. If I drive on the highway for a couple fillups, I'll get 320 or so, but w/ the normal lead foot in town driving I'm getting about 280. I'm running semi aggressive a/t's in 265/70/17. If I drive it easy on the highway I can get a legit 17 mpg. Most of my in town is more like 14.

V6, 92,000 miles, 430 mile range, mostly all highway miles though

06 V6. before the lift and tires I would get 450. now I get 430. But I figure theres a math equation there that maybe I really am still getting 450.

this is an awesome thread to read before a road trip. i was wondering what i would get so its nice to see some people are topping out over 400 on the V6. i was hoping to get 350-375. the most i think ive ever got before caving and filling up was about 330. i cant recall how much the tank indicated before filling up though.

Well so far I seem to be way above the average. About 3/4 of my driving is highway, at about 65 or 70, although I do carpool with two other large guys. I think it is rated at 21 highway which is what I get (sometimes almost 22). I am stock everything and I do not drive it hard. I save that for the Vette (07) which btw gets 27 on the highway, 24 average, not bad for 400hp. Its all about the power to weight ratio:hatsoff:

Low = 257* (currently)

Usually between 365-385 when not towing.

* This is after towing my enclosed car trailer almost 2K miles without any non towing miles in between.
About half of the 2K was up & down some decent sized hills (2-3K+ feet).
I have another towing trip coming up of about 1,500+ miles so I do not expect this current low to increase anytime soon.

i don't know how you guys are getting 430+?? maybe it's also the fact that i'm driving in los angeles stop and go traffic :cry2:
