Rant: V LEDS Customer Service stinks.

6 weeks of frustration and wanted to share with you all. Purchased LED parking lights from V LEDS on EBAY....first sent me the wrong color, then sent me replacements of correct color and 1 did not work, now they send me 1 replacement, it works, but it was the WRONG DARN COLOR AGAIN! I am done with the place. I think of all the people I sent to them and purchases I made and it makes me sick. I started this process in mid January and it will take until mid March at the earliest to correct.

I didnt have any problems with V-leds... and yeah, they have an ebay store, but also an external store too..

I actually have gotten 2 orders from them and both were accurate and shipped quickly

I've placed a few orders with V-leds and haven't had any problems, but I ordered from their website not ebay. Sorry to hear you have had problems...

Good news....V LEDS corrected the problems....only 7 weeks start to finish and I have my LED parking bulbs installed, working, and the correct color.

Fourwd1: V-LEDS has an external store in addition to eBay like the others said. I've had success with them in the past.....but this will definitely prevent me from using them again. 3 sets of mistakes was 2 too many. Of course, my LED upgrade is now complete and I hopefully won't need replacements anytime soon.
