Rattle sound

I have a 2006 4wd 4Runner and here recently I started hearing a rattle sound. It doesn't do it all the time tho. When it does rattle it only happens in the morning when I leave for work. I pull off my street and between 20 and 25 mph I hear a rattle. It sound like a tin can and sounds like it's coming from the front of the engine. It may happen today and not happen again for two weeks. I've tried revving the engine and didn't hear anything. I've inspected all my heat shields and my skid plate and nothing is loose. HELPPPPPPPP

its got to be one of your exhaust heat shields, check the bolts that attach them, sometimes it rusts through around them

I'll double check them again but I read a bunch of forums and everyone said heat shields. So I checked mine but ill put it back in the air and check again! Thanks!
