Rattle under glove box

Once again we must revisit this problem to see if anyone has found a solution I have tried but for the life of me cant pin point it.
Its coming from under the glove box compartment there is a panel that comes out and you could clearly hear the clicking sound of plastic on plastic contact and it happens when the truck is cold and first turned on when this blower motor or something comes on!

I have a similar vibration noise coming from the passenger side near glove box. It happens when truck goes over some burst kind of bumpy like those lane divider dots that are popped out from the ground. It sounds like either metal or plastic vibrating against something.
I still could not pin point where it comes from.
I can live with that now since I have other noise coming from drivetrain I am more worried about.

Just throwing out a guess..have you replaced your A/C Cabin Filter lately & the cover not totally secure?

Yes I did that and even pulled it out just to make sure there were no debris in that compartment but nothing! I was hoping someone figured this one out.If ity did the noise all the time I might have figured it out by now.
