Rattling noise - any ideas?

Hi, i have a 1992 Toyota Hilux Surf 3.00 Diesel Auto.

I am getting a horrible rattling noise from underneath the car towards the back whenever i come off the throttle. Sounds like a load of marbles in a tin can!

Any help would be much appreciated.
