I’m going to do a new post since the old one I added to still says Saturday.

Please let me know if anyone is untested in wheeling up at Rausch.

I’d be interested in doing greens and a few easier blue trails. I’ve been there many time w both my 4Runner and Bronco.

Thanks.

I don’t know when you went last time, I did it early Nov and I found out that B has portions that are on the Blue-Red difficulty level and 1B is under no shape or form a Green trail. I started 1B from the bottom and bailed at the intersection with D. I had a lot of fun though

We were just there New Year’s Day, had a great time. Did all green trails but stop had a blast. We’ll be going back in a few months after done our suspension projects [emoji2958]

My last trip was June. I did notice that the trails had eroded away changing the difficulty, especially on the North East side.

Let me know when you get your upgrades done and you’re heading back!

I was just there after Xmas for my first time off-roading. Spent the whole day on Greens which were surprisingly more fun than anticipated. I have a stock height 19TRDP. My RCI Tranny/transfer skids did some work and my steel c4 gas tank skid seemed to take a Beating. I aired down too much...16-18psi. Next time I’ll go 24psi to keep some ground clearance. Only casualty of the day was a 3” piece of ice taking out my headlight assembly when doing a deeper water section. Planning to put the soon to be released eibach springs on this thing to lift it almost 2”. I’d be in for going in the early spring.

Will a stock 19’ ORP be fine on the green trails? Never been there?

On the majority of Greens you will be ok. Some greens are degraded and they are more on the Blue side. I went there in Nov with my OR with FJ Pro suspension on OEM tires and my M.O.R.E. aluminum skid set came home with few marks, no big deal. If you have no lift, stay away from B and definitely do not go on B1, is not green anymore. Better than OEM tires will help you, I struggled few times on wet trails.
