RCI TRD Pro integration skid plate

Has anybody installed the RCI TRD pro integration skid plate. Mine came with 2 sets of screws (one long, one short) and 2 nylon spacers.
I purchased the entire set of skid plates (no tank skid) and haven't yet tried to install them. The documentation for the integration plate was missing hence teh following few questions:
1. Do you know if the front screws are the short ones?
2. Are the nylon spacers for the back screws and do they need to be inserted between the chassis and the transmission skid (which is above the integration plate)?

I'm sure there's a reason for not hearing back, RCI has great customer service and I'm sure it was an over site not sending you paper work for the installation.

I have the same skids, but cannot remember the specifics to how I installed it. I thought the directions were fairly straight forward. I will be the Reston area tomorrow. PM me and stop by the fire house, we'll give you a hand.

Don’t remember exactly, but I recall the nylon spacers go above the skid plate up front along with the longer screws. I’m outta town or I’d crawl under, but it’s pretry self explanatory once you get under the vehicle and push the plate up.

i don't have the trans skid, so i can't speak to that, but it'll be clear which bolts go fore or aft based on how much thread engagement you feel. mine has the spacers in front. good luck and enjoy your skids.

Got in touch with RCI,
They do not have a documentation yet but their answer was pretty clear.
The small ones are for the front, the l’on. One for the back. The Nylon spacers are placed in between the cross members and the transmission plate which is above the integration plate. They were not able to tell me Toyota OEM torque spec. Does anybody know the torque specs ?
Does anybody use blue Loctite (threadlocker) on the bolts or is that unnecessary?

I have the ShrockWorks Skids, no call for blue Loctite, every bolt had a lockwasher tho. I don't know about the RCI.

Thats the video i used when i was installing mine. I have the full RCI skids and the only problem i ran into was connecting the Transfer skid to the frame points suggested (2 bolts on each side, the inside bolts were a tiny bit short.

I’ll see if I can dig up my instructions for you tomorrow. I didn’t do a full write-up in my thread because it was pretty straight forward. I did order extra nylon spacers from RCI to give the front differential a little more breathing room. It’s all in my thread below.

I also didn’t have the integration skid plate instructions. I forgot as it was a while ago. Here are the pics of the instructions I do have. I believe they sent me the front skid instructions to go with the integration skid as you’ll use the 30 mm bolts up front and the 40 mm bolts with Nylon spacers in the rear (that’s what I believe I did). Follow the front skid instructions, and take a look at the pics in my thread I posted in my previous post, hopefully that can help you out.

Hand torque...goodentiet in German. Also I applied anti-seize to all of the bolts. I don’t have any official numbers but haven’t had any issues yet after 18 months. Just in case you haven’t seen my post on this with the TRD skid plate, you may want to do this as well while your down there.

I just installed RCI skid plates (Integration, Transmission and Transfer Case) on my 2018 SR5 4Runner. I had already installed the TRD front skid some months ago. Like the previous poster, the Integration plate came with instructions for the RCI Front Skid Plate. After some close inspection and a little "dry fitting", it becomes pretty clear how these plates go together. There is no need to loosen or remove any bolts from the previously installed TRD Front Skid. Just remove the OEM skid that covers the transmission, and the Integration Skid tucks right on up there. Leave all bolts loose until you have all your plates in place. If you are doing the Transfer Case skid, you need to install the provided cross-member. On the driver's side, there is a bolt that secures some fluid lines with a 3' plate. That's where the cross-member attaches to the frame. The bolt hole on the passenger side is pretty obvious. Take their tip and put a jack under the cross-member to raise it up snug to the frame before tightening. The whole thing took me about 2 hours with just a jack and some jack stands for help.
