I have has no problems with the performance of the engine. On regular trips to mammoth lakes got 18.5 MPG and she never failed me. The new engine was preventative. I never had to put chains on in bad conditions and my back window works just fine. We will open up the exhaust when I get some more dough. :girl:

I Am lucky that i have not experienced the dreaded rear window going slow. The PO always kept the rig covered and garaged , She kept all the repair receipts from the past 15 years. Picking up the truck today.
$1500 for the motor
$300 for gaskets, fan bracket, pcv, knock sensor pigtail, plugs, wires etc
$1000 labor
$2800 :hello:
