My friend, your trans fluid is contaminated. The coolant is not a lubricant and can/will destroy the clutch packs. You've got nothing to lose at this point, so flush the transmission twice with fresh fluid. Go and buy 6 gallons of Dex3 and flush it with 3 gallons of new fluid. Drive it for 10 minutes and do it again. Because the alternative is a new transmission. You can find Valvoline MaxLife Dex3 at Advance Auto parts for $17/gallon which is a great price considering the Qt price is near $6.
That froth on your finger is coolant mix and that's why your truck wont run. I'm guessing its too late already but that's what I would do if it were mine. You may be somewhat lucky in the sense that the fitting broke from the radiator tank and the coolant may have mostly gone on the road instead of in the transmission and only slightly contaminated the trans fluid.
