I have to vent. I've been waiting on this friggin Budget boost kit for two weeks. Finally comes in today and I've been planning to do the install Sunday. All excited, I open the box and find this

I don't know how many of you have seen the Daystar spacers but that ain't right. At least it's not the easy install budget boost I thought I was getting and that is labeled on the box. So I call up Daystar and speak to the rep. Very nice and willing to help but after checking part numbers he tells me it is an older kit and it will work I just have to check out the instructions on the web site. Ok no problem. Check the site and the instructions are exactly what's in the box and again NOTHING adds up. Finally search the web for for part numbers on the spacers and studs. The studs come back with nothing and the spacers are for a 97-06 wrangler. REALLY!?!?! Needless to say I'm pissed and now I have to have to go through all the trouble of returning this crap and trying to get a new kit and get it installed before a trip March 10th. Oh yeah and get married in between now and then all while working a full time job and over time. Should be lots of fun.
Does any one have any use for a 2" front lift for a jeep? The part numbers are:
Spacers M02532
Stud extenders BU76131 or maybe 600421275

Buy in amazon prime and you will have it in 2 days. Also you can buy the fj cruiser one since it's cheaper. $40 bucks or so on amazon.

I was just looking at amazon but it says it's a $79.99 a year membership? I don't order enough from there for it to be worth it. I know they used to have a free trip but I guess not anymore.

If you have Prime and pay $3.99 you'll have it by tomorrow.

EDIT: nevermind, I guess because of the weight it's $11.99 but if you're in a rush...

Cygan if you go back to Daystar website type in correct part number it will show what you need then click on where it says where to buy? You should be able to find a local store that carries them

It is well worth the cost. I order almost everything from amazon, and the free 2-day shipping has been a lifesaver. It makes up for the 80 bucks really fast.

I found a guy selling the 2.5/1.5 kit locally and emailed him. If he has it I'm going to grab it from him and be done with it. If not it will just have to wait cause there are no local retailers that could get them before Monday and it's just not worth the extra shipping to me at this point. Maybe it's a sign to stay away haha.

Picking up a 2010 Fj suspension with the Daystar 2.5/1.5 this weekend. Idk if I'll use the springs or spacers yet but it will be one or the other. To bad the shocks won't work since the fronts are still assembled. Even though it's tokicos I'm sure they would be better than an old xreas.

why will the fronts not work?

my daystar 2.5/1.5 with fj coils and fj tokickos work right now on my truck thats outside in my driverway LOL only thing different is i done have xreas originally.

might want to look at your engine side fender liners while you had your suspension off

btw- thats the problem with buying stuff on the internet. box can be labeled correctly but contents are different. then it turns into a he said she said. return it you got the wrong kit.

If you decide not to use the FJ springs, let me know as I may be interested depending on price, condition, etc..?

I was actually looking at your post about the liners last night. Mine have been gone haha. I say they won't work because don't 2010 and up need modification? Only thing I found was the bottom eyes needed to be machined down and then the top mount has to be enlarged for the rears right??? + I have xreas so if the fronts change so do the backs haha

Will do, they only have 15-20k on them he said and they look good from picks but I'll let ya know.

Will the spacers and fj springs together cause any cv or other issues?
