Rear brake replacement

So... My '04 needs new rear brake pads. I'm planning on doing the job over the weekend; what tools will I need? I don't want to have to head to the parts store after I get started.

While I'm at it I think I'll change the oil and grease all of the fittings underneath. If I'm already dirty...

Nice! I'd heard that the rear brakes were easy; I just didn't think it would be that easy. I've got everything I need already, save for the pads.
