Rear Brakes Replaced Now VSC, BRAKE!, ABS

I got my rear discs and pads done two weeks ago, and I noticed the VSC trac, VSC off, ABS, and BRAKE! lights are on now. I have searched this site and have found similar threads, but not exactly what is on my dash. The breaks work fine, just no Stability control or ABS. The brake fluid is full and I can't find any leaks. There is a slight rattly sound coming from the front when I turn left though...
I tried to use my scanner tool (OBD2) but nothing came up.

Any help is MUCH appreciated!!

have you ever flushed out the old fluid from each corner? maybe you have some air if you only did the rears and not front
