Rear bumper build and Front bumper install

Built the rear bumper from scratch using nothing more than a 4" angle grinder a flux core welder and some simple hand tools. Still need to brace the side peaces with some 3/16" square tubing for that added strength. And add some mounts for "D" rings on the 2x4 section. Also installed the TJM after a little road trip to Little Rock to pick it up.

Bumper materials including cut off wheels and wire and metal was close to $190.00. Front and Rear bumpers only have $790.00 for both and that includes the shipping on the TJM.

Thanks for the complements guys! BruceTS rear bumper build page took out all the guess work when building the bumper. Made things much smoother and quicker. Hopefully I'll get to take it out soon and smash it on some rocks. :guitar2:
