rear bumper (center section) replacement

hey everyone... well my semester is almost over (back to school to become an RN) and I can finally get to work on my 4runner. so far (as posted in previous areas) I have done all preventive maintenance except the radiator... but i have the parts and will be changing it out.

but on to the question. my T4R has a fair amount of rust underneath... and the rear bumper center section is pretty much rusted out. when i go to replace it, is there anything else I should have on hand? such as new brackets if needed, screws, whatever, so make my life easier when re-installing?? thanks in advance.

I would start spraying the threads on the bolts that hold the side wings on about a week in advance with penetrating oil and have a few m6x1.00 bolts on hand (sorry, I can't remember the length off the top of my head). The brackets should be ok though.
