Rear Bumper Step Guard

I just picked up an 06 4Runner SR5 V8, and my rear bumper cover is all a single color. I have seen other 4runners around with the silver step guard on the rear bumper. Does anyone have the part number for it? or is it just a painted section of the rear bumper cover. I found this part on a JDM parts site, anyone have the toyota part #?

The sport editions had them (& the front) painted silver. I repainted mine body color.
