Awesome. However, can you give us a different reference point measurement in the rear vs side? The limited version and/or earlier models have a softer more rounded transition under the tail lights. The measurement in your video at 2.25" up under the tail light is measured from a hard distinct line that the earlier 5th gens and limited version doesn't have. Could you possible give a measurement downward from the body line under rail lights vs up from the hard line on the bumper.

Make sense? If not I can get a few pictures up for explanation.

Chances are they plan to re-use design aspects for other cars in the future. Universal is always easier and no reason to have a separate tire carrier for each size when strength isn't an issue. Then they can simply stock one part instead of the seven different ones for each wheel and bolt patterns that it holds

This is a universal truck tire mount so there are multiple bolt patterns. We also sell them through our sister company JcrOffroad. Lots of people run 8 lug axles on their Jeeps for rock crawling.

It shouldn't be too bad. When I called in prior to ordering on release day I was unofficially told that they can ship about anywhere for $150 and that should be the cost to VA but they would get back to me when the order is ready to ship.

I ordered on release day and they told me the standard 15-20 day lead time applies. However, when I spoke to Mitchell the other day to give him my shipping info, he mentioned they are coming into their busy season.

Everything I have ordered has been within the 15-20 lead time with a couple of items shipping within a week.

When is the full installation video going to be posted? Soon I hope. As someone else mentioned I like to read the instructions or watch the video several times before installing to make everything go smooth.
