Rear Bumper

Does anyone have Repair Manual for 4th Gen.?
I want to find out how to remove the central piece in rear bumper.
I remember reading some post a while ago that you can remove the central piece on one bumper and cannot on another. I just don't remember which one has removable central piece, front or rear. I looked under my front bumper and it looks like it is solid, so it might be the rear bumper which is partial.

It's the rear bumper center piece that are removable on the 2003-2005. I think on the 06, they changed it so I'm not sure on that one.

I pretty sure I read somewhere that someone has replaced his rear silver part with black and repaint the same piece on the front.

On my 06 the center peice is molded on the bumber they just paint it a differant color.

Hey biglatka... can you post the equivalent diagram for the front bumper (2003-2005) if you have it? I need to get the center silver bit refinished after many parking dings.
