Rear camber say wha!?

Hey guys, does anyone have any experience re-aligning the rear of of these 3rd gens? I was under the impression there really wasn't anything we could do as far as alignment goes. I had my local Toyota dealer align my truck a couple months ago and they also said they could only align the front. I was like well duh, but now I notice that my beautiful Toyos in the rear are worn down on the outter lugs of the tires FAR more than any other spot on the tire. In fact there damn near the wear bars and the tires only have 8500 miles! I know the tires are tipped out, and the alignment sheet from the dealer says there's a total of 1.25 degrees of camber for both rears combined. Any ideas how to remedy this camber issue? One time bump, I really don't wanna be one of those guys that bumps their own thread but I wanna make sure nobody has anything of value to say before I take it in to find out what the hell is goin on. (I find it hard to believe I'm the only one who has ever experienced this issue.)
 
well sounds like you have a little problem. I could see the tires wearing on the outside if your drive it like a CIVIC and go fast around corners.

There is no adjustments on the rear. I dont care what mechanic/alignment shop says. there is no way to adjust anything. If you have camber on the rear wheels the onlything could be that you jumped your truck and bent the rear axle housing...... I seriously doubt that could even happen...
 
That's what I was thinking too about the cornering but both tires are worn evenly, and I certainly don't drive this truck like a rocket! I think I may actually have a bent axle housing. Great...

I seriously doubt that....has it ever been wrecked?
 
You might have a bent 4 link bar or maybe your bushings have crapped out causing the miss alignment.

well i could see that as well, but would that cause camber? i think it would just cause the axle to be cr0oked in respect to the truck
 
Just to throw it out there...

Maybe when you had it at the dealership they rotated your tires. So those would be your fronts..?
 
Tires only have 8.5k miles on them so they have not been rotated yet. Truck has never been wrecked either. Really kind of a headscratcher huh? Everything appears to be straight and true under the truck. Also the driver rear bearings and bushings are brand new, about 4k miles on those.
 
Check your panhard bar too, if that's disconnected or out of whack that may be messing up your tires. This happened to my front tires, but only because I drove around after getting into a minor accident and not getting the front re algned.
 
Was this issue every rectified? It seems to me (upon visual inspection) that my driver side rear wheel has a bit of positive camber (that is, to the naked eye, has not been on an alignment rack/machine).

i would guess this is what happened.
and, that was combined camber, thats not TOO bad.
i checked my books, its doesnt even give me the specs for the rear. we ASSume its supposed to be 0, because its a straight axle, but thats not always the case.

there are MANY solid fronts that are spec'd at something other than 0. its very possible its the same for rears.
