Rear cargo light-lens only

Cracked the plastic lens on the rear cargo light affixed to the headliner near the tailgate.
Anybody know if this is serviceable or is it necessary to buy the entire assembly.
If serviceable anybody happen to have the part number?

Removed the old cracked lens and installed the nice clear Undamaged one you generously provided……much appreciated!
