I have noticed a clunking sound in my rear end when I go over bumps so I got underneath and noticed that the passenger side upper rear control arm had a lot of slop in it. Do you have to replace the whole arm or are there just bushings that you can replace?
Replace with urethane units from suspension.com(no affiliation), vast improvement. I replaced the upper/lower and lateral control arm bushings which really tightened things up.
The kit runs about $95.

If your pulling the front a-frames, you might consider doing the upper and lower ball joints. Since your pulling the torsen bar, you might also go to Toyota to get new adjust and bolt hardware. This is a stress point that goes on these trucks. I also upgraded our torsen bars to 25mm Sway-a-way units, but it does stiffen it up a bit. We like it for highway and road use(more high speed stability).
