Rear defroster INOP

I have a 04 limited with heated everything. My defrost button for the tailgate, rear quarters, and mirrors is not working. Is this common? Any ideas? Dealer has been no help.

A similar thread just popped up a few days ago. First check your fuses (obvious) the other thread noted a 30A defog fuse/relay under the hood and then do a relearn on the automatic windows. You can figure that out by performing a forum search using the search function (redundant huh?)

Thanks. I did just do an alignment on it (with reset to trac control and the such), but never did the full relearn on the windows. They worked.

There are no defrosters in the rear quarters, those grids you see are the radio antennas.
