Rear defroster/wiper not working

The rear wiper and defroster will not turn on. Checked both fuse boxes, no blown fuses. They worked less than a week ago. The only recent changes, a cold spell w/ temps around 8-10degs, and the battery was disconected and reconected for 5 min or so. Any thoughts or ideas?

Is your back window all the way up?

Make sure the rear window is ALL the way up.
