Rear Door Panel Removal - any hidden screws?

I am going to swap out the speakers in the rear doors with 6 1/2 in replacements.

Thanks to this forum the front panels were much easier to pull off --- hoping for some hints on the back doors as well..

BTW - like the front (which I replaced with 6X9s and adapters), will the rear doors need an adapter to take 6 1/2s?

The improvement in the front is night and day and after seeing the factory speakers, they must go....

Your talking the rear doors and not the back lift gate correct.The rear liftgate panel has no screws holding it.
The rear doors have 3 hidden screws,same as the fronts . Then pull out at the bottom and up to release it from the top channel. Then unhook everything and take it off the same as the fronts.

Here's an important tip on the rear door panels that will save you a headache. When you are re-installing the panel ,take the top seal off the panel first .It unclips from the panel on the backside.
Put the seal on the on the top channel on the door first and then put the panel up connecting the wires and door cables. Then line it up and push it straight in this time as it will clip the top seal and the rest of the clips. Try it without taking the top seal off first and you'll see what a pain. I did the first time!

I had to do custom work installing my 6 1/2" JL Audio's in the rear doors. Hard to explain as you just need to see.
