Rear door wiring harness boot

I it saw that the boot that covers the wiring harness for the rear door is falling apart. Does anyone know what the part number is and how to replace it?

I actually searched for this, came up mostly empty. Bought some used off the forum, but they were as trashed as the ones on my rig. Tried using some land cruiser replacement boots to no avail. Wound up using a combination of plastic split wire loom cut to length, then wrapped with electrical rubber splicing tape and regular electrical tape for wrapping wires on the outside to keep it all together. Seems to have held up well so far. Been in the rain a few times, splashed in some mud, no issues.

Yes, I thought of that option as Plan B.
