Rear end sag/ highway swaying (pics)

OK so my 92 4runner as far as Ive seen does not have bad sag (they naturally look like they have it as toyota always cuts the front fender higher than the rear), however I would like to raise the rear about an inch higher than it is now to make it look better/more aggresive. Ive seen it done so that there is equal space between the fender and tire on both front and back and it looked amazing. Also, the ride on the highway is a bit sketchy as it tends to sway quite a bit and when Im offroading, when going over bumps it tends to bounce alot rather than return to its original position. 1. Is this normal? 2. How can I achieve an inch lift (does anyone understand what im going for? 3. Does anyone know if this is the shocks or springs im dealing with (or both). There were new shocks put on in 05' by the previous owner but i suspect they were cheap. To stiffen the ride and also raise the rear an inch should I go with new shocks or new coils and are their any specific brands which I should get? Thanks to anyone who can help, i know this is a common problem. I will post pics to give an idea of where im at. Thanks!
