Rear glass won't go down automatically after installing navigation

Hi Everyone...

I can't get the back glass down automatically anymore. I can hold the button down and it goes up and down, but no a "one touch" application. The only reason I care is because I can't use the rear glass button on the remote doesn't work anymore. At one point, I turned the car to the "on" position with the dash out...just to make sure that the stereo was working properly before I put it all back together, and i think thats what did it. Any suggestions?

Did you disconnect your battery?

If so,

the button/computer has has to re-learn the auto down/up feature.

yes i did. how do you do that? the button in the car or the button on my remote?

right now, neither of them work automatically.

In my experiences, all I had to do was just was press the button (up and down) several times and then the auto feature will start working.

Doesn't anyone read the manual anymore? ;-) It's in there, I swear. I read it once. Same thing happened to me...
