Rear liftgate window stuck down

This morning after work I put my rear liftgate window all the way down. Normally I only put the window halfway down. When the window got all the way down it seemed like there was kind of a clunk and it wouldn't go back up. Ive got it torn apart best I can right now. The motor case is really rusty but I cant even get the window to budge trying to stretch the cables or by pulling the window up. Does that seem right if the motor is junk? It feels like the glides are stuck in the track but I can't see anything 'funny' looking down there. Any help would be great!

I went through checking all the fuses. I am getting a noise from the motor like a clicking sound like it's trying to work. I can't figure out if its because the motor is shot or because the window is bound up on something.

make sure the rear wiper is in the correct position. Mine come off the the wiper rest and the reas glass or wiper neither one would work
