It hurt my eyes looking at that.

The actuator is expensive from toyota, you should search junk yards for that part.

Don't almost all junkyards realize the rear diffs with locks are really valuable and only sell them as whole units? I think you'd have to be lucky to find one that would separate one for you.

I see them selling from 600-800 at my local junkyards. Buy a whole extra setup, only put the parts you need in and save the rest for another day you break something else?
 
I have called in 6 junkyard in Québec and no one have 4runner ! I really dont know what to do. It is possible to seal this hole in the diff ? And wait until i find it ? This motor Is the same in the tacoma ?

Just put it back together.

The elocker will be the same as one found in the Tacoma. I am pretty sure they will be same (actuator) for the FJ too.

Swear to god I don't work for them, but it's the best place to start when looking for stuff from junk yards.
