rear locker/ LS on 2WDs? option

I apologize if this is posted somewhere in some FAQ, but i searched and didnt find it..

Did the '99-01 2WDs come with an option of the locker or L/S on them?

Also does anyone know what these OEM Toyota wheels are called? Im currently looking for them when I purchase my 4R

no, 2wd's did not get lockers.

01-02 2wd 4runners had the option to disable trac from the factory.

those wheels are usually referred to as "5 spoke rims"
