I have no idea if and what any options are but our 4R has the rear seat that I guess would be best described as a 40/20/40 split with the fold down armrest/cupholder or the entire middle fold down.
Anyway, we went back and forth as to whether or not to add leather to our 4Runner. Neither of us actually ever preferred leather before but had to get it in our Jeep as part of a package in order to get some options we did want. Didn't mind the leather and the heated seats were nice but we were a little bit disappointed in how they looked after several years of use even though we tried to take care of it. So, we ultimately opted to not put leather in the new 4Runner. However, now my wife is concerned about keeping the seats nice, especially the rear seat where she will likely be hauling 1 or more sweaty boys to/from games and practices for various sports.
I've seen loose fitting covers before that seem to be made more for carrying pets around than anything else. They appear to typically be made from some sort of denier type fabric. We are mainly looking for something that is decent looking, will hold it's position on the seat fairly well, but is fairly easy to put on and take off. Is anyone aware of something like that that is available for the 5th gen with that style seat that can accomodate the seat belts, headrests, etc? If so, any clues where to look?
