rear speaker replacement

i want to replace the rear speakers in my 4runner and i was wondering how im supposed to get at em. i started to pull up that plastic piece in the back because i thought those little buttons would pop right out, but they're just attached to screws. so i wanted to know how to get at those speakers without breaking anything

Which Speakers

The tweeters and the subwoofer or just the ones behind the seats?

I may be in the market my self for new tweeters.

well i want to do all of them. i don't think i have subs in mine though. mine's a 94, but i guess i could be wrong. i only had one amplifier in mine and i pulled it out of the front, right under the factory radio, which i also removed. either way, i think that if i got that little strip out, the rest would come off no problem. but i don't know for sure, so that's why i posted on here. so to answer your question, i'm trying to get at any and all of the speakers behind the back seat.
