Rear speakers don't work when power antenna is down

I recently installed a new stereo in my 1993 4Runner. The new setup constists of

-Pioneer DEH-1900MP head unit
-2 10" JL subs
-Rockford Fosgate 501x amp
-Currently running the 4 stock speakers

I installed a toggle switch in my dash so that I can put the power antenna down when I am not listening to the radio. Works great, except for the fact that when I flip the switch for the antenna to go down, the rear speakers shut off as well. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can use the switch to put the antenna down when I don't need it, but still have power to the rear speakers?

Some systems use the power to the power antenna to turn the amp on. By cutting power to the antenna you may be cutting power to the amp too.

Sounds like you have the antenna power wire and the amp remote turn on lead crossed up.

Well I ended up moving the switch farther down the line and now everything seems to work. The power antenna wire also serves as the remote wire for the aftermarket amp, as well as the amps for the stock rear speakers. So I just need to put the switch on the wire leading to the power antenna relay. Thanks for the help.
